Kitten Insurance
For kitten owners, kitten insurance is a good investment. It would help pay for expensive veterinarian bills if your kitten got sick. I think all kitten owners should consider kitten insurance.
1. Do you have a cat or kitten?
Me – I do have a cat. When he was a kitten he did get quite sick and have severe diarrhea. However, I found out on my own that it was caused by the type of food I was feeding him. Once I found the food that he still eats today, he started to get better very quickly.
Jen – Yes I have one male kitten. I haven’t had any health issues with him. When I first got the little guy he was very sick and malnourished.
Me – When I first got my cat, Arrow, he was so tiny because he was only about six weeks old.
Jen – Yea I know. Homer was very scrawny and ratty looking when we got him. He is just adorable looking now. I think his massive mean streak comes from living with his previous owners.
Me – Arrow has the biggest attitude ever. When his food bowl is empty, he will put his two front paws in it and start pawing at it. It looks like he is dancing. It is the funniest thing I have seen him do. He also will try jumping on my back or wrap his paws around my legs, trying to get my
attention. He is one awesome cat though.
2. Do you think kitten insurance is a good idea?
Me – I do think that kitten insurance is a good idea. If my kitten had not have gotten better, I would have been looking at a very hefty vet bill, one that I could not have afforded at the time. I would consider getting insurance for my cat now just in case something happened to him.
Jen – Kitten insurance is probably a good idea.
3. How much do you care about your kitten or cat?
Me – I love my cat to bits. He means a lot to me. If I ever lost him, I would be devastated.
Jen – Yes, same here.
Me – Funny how attached we get to those furry little creatures.
4. How would you find out about kitten insurance?
Me – I think I would look on the internet and research different kitten insurance companies. I would not necessarily take out insurance with the first one I found. I would want to make sure they are a reputable company because there are so many illegal companies on the internet today.
Jen – You can always go in for a consultation as well which allows you to see if that insurance company will suit your needs.
Me – Good advice.
5. What are your final thoughts about kitten insurance?
Me – I think that a kitten should be thought of as an investment for your family and think kitten insurance would help ease any problems with large vet bills. I think overall that kitten insurance is a good idea.
Jen – A kitten shouldn’t be thought of as an investment for your family. An investment will provide you with money later on in life. A kitten should be thought of as an extended member of the family. They’ll cost you money every month and even more if you get kitten insurance. I’m not saying it’s not worth it but I am saying getting a kitten is something you need to think about beforehand.
Me – I meant that a kitten, or any pet for that matter, is an investment for your family in the terms of providing you with years of enjoyment and entertainment.
Jen – Hahaha! You shoulda said that.
Me – But I just did, hee hee!!!
